2. Description of Service

Coreveo provides a cloud-based operational visibility and business intelligence platform designed for enterprise and mid-market organizations. The Service aggregates data from your existing software stack to provide analytics, reporting, and operational insights.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Ensure you have the legal right to integrate and process the data you connect to Coreveo.
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Coreveo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all related intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your internal business operations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coreveo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms.
