Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

Coreveo operates on a subscription billing model (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the enterprise nature of our software and the significant resources involved in onboarding and data integration, we generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already paid. However, exceptions may be made under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Failure: If the platform experiences prolonged downtime or critical bugs that prevent you from utilizing core features for more than 7 consecutive days.
  • Billing Errors: If you were incorrectly charged due to a system error.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting your dedicated account manager. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active cycle.

4. Custom Enterprise Contracts

For clients on the "Enterprise Intelligence" tier or those with custom Master Service Agreements (MSAs), refund and cancellation terms are governed strictly by the clauses outlined in your specific executed contract.
